Binglewood Neighborhood Improvement Foundation

This page explains our purpose, contains our organizational documents and
tells you how you can make a tax deductible contribution when approved by the IRS.

 

The Foundation is being formed to engage in activities designed to combat community deterioration, lessen the burdens of government, promote public safety, support beautification and maintenance of public or community spaces, and provide educational programs and resources for the benefit of the general public.

 

The Foundation will not be operated for the primary purpose of increasing private property values or providing services, improvements, or benefits limited to particular residents, property owners, directors, officers, or other private persons. The Foundation does not function as a homeowners’ association, shall not enforce private deed restrictions, and shall not provide services or improvements primarily benefiting particular private properties, except to the extent incidental to the accomplishment of the Foundation’s charitable and educational purposes.  
 

The Foundation will be organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
